ORDERS/SHIPPING 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY PRODUCT?

We ship from Monday-Friday. Then you can expect to receive your product within 2-6 business days. Please note that we do not count weekends or U.S. Holidays as business days. 

MonitortheBeat is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or packages lost/stolen after confirmed carrier delivery.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes…we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. However, if your order is not yet shipped out, feel free to contact us and we will happily cancel your previous order so that you can reorder the correct item. Please note that given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order is canceled.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

CAN I TRACK MY PRODUCT?

You will receive an email confirmation upon placement of your order. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam mail to make sure it didn’t land in there.

Additionally, you will receive an email update when your order is prepared for the shipment process. Please note that your order will not show movement until it is scanned by the carrier. Again, please check your spam folder if you are not receiving these emails. Contact info@monitorthebeat.com for additional info. 

 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
