You can have results or excuses, not both.
Runners are made when no one else is watching.
Be strong. Be bold. Take action. Just do it.
Be ok with being afraid. Forget what others think.
Sleep. Wake up. Be amazing. Be brave. Be you. Repeat.
If you try and fail, congratulations. Most people don’t even try.
Be patient. Be consistent. Don’t worry. Trust the process.
The mind fails first in running, not the body.
Cherish the community. Lift up total strangers.
Be an Encourager. Have fun. Smile every day. Stay healthy.
Stretch. Drink water. Skip the chores. Sign up for the race. Buy the shoes.
Set goals. Push your boundaries. Don’t quit. Respect the pain.
You won’t get far in this sport if your heart is not in it.
So embrace the heat, the cold, the rain, and the snow.
You are a runner. This is what you do.  
Above all…
The goal is not to be better than anyone else,
But to be better than you used to be.
